@halleyleong9938 the hotspot is unlike those u get in normal restaurant la. those i think they just give the lowest speed one cos its to attract customer by telling them got wifi all. Celcom uses high speed connection for the hotspot and i've tried it myself at pavi that day streaming a 5mins video from youtube, no buffering at all hehehehehe
